Pass for 3 Quality Standards
Once again, we are delighted our Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) has passed the annual external audit.
Two auditors attended our offices in Belfast and Castleblayney to examine our IQMS against the standards for ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018, including the Safety Schemes In Procurement (SSIP) standard.
The auditors, from NQA, were very complimentary of our system and an excerpt from the final report noted, ‘The System continues to provide the required level of control and the organisations context is well defined’.
Having in place a robust system to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of service and health & safety and environmental practices is core to what we do. Our staff are instrumental in adhering to our procedures and ensuring our system continues to drive improvements.
After carrying out audits and reviews with management and staff the auditors also noted ‘Leadership has been effectively demonstrated and commitment levels are evident.’
As always, we will continue to monitor and improve on our system where we can.
