We are delighted to celebrate the successful completion of Greenhills Grange, Drogheda, a new Design & Build development delivering 46 high-quality, age-friendly bungalows for Louth County Council.

Semple & McKillop Consulting Engineers acted as M&E Consultants, working alongside CUNNINGHAM and the wider project team to deliver much-needed homes for older people within the local community.

Our M&E strategy incorporated a range of sustainable and energy-efficient building services, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Demand Control Ventilation, and the provision for future EV charging infrastructure.

We are particularly pleased to see the development delivered ahead of programme and within budget, representing a fantastic result for the client and entire project team.

Greenhills Grange forms part of a wider programme of residential developments currently underway, where we continue to provide M&E consultancy services. These projects further strengthen our experience in delivering practical, energy-efficient and sustainable M&E solutions tailored to each development.
