Kinsale Community School

This redevelopment scheme included a 4,500m² new build extension and the extensive refurbishment of existing buildings and site works. Dynamic thermal simulation was carried out to measure heat gains and design the wind catchers and ventilation system for the striking polycarbonate façade on the sports hall.

The works were completed over 5 phases to enable continued operation of the school and negating the need for temporary accommodation.
