Semple & McKillop are in the final stages of handing over the new Erne Campus to South West College and delighted that this exceptional build has been shortlisted for the BREEAM Awards 2021.

The flagship building is aiming to be the World’s first and largest Passive House Premium rated building and the first BREEAM Outstanding educational building in the UK.

The public are now invited to vote on their favourite building.
